Alonzo Taylor Fox, age 85, of Bethpage, Tennessee, passed away at home on May 9, 2022.
He was born on April 12, 1937, in Pleasant Hill, Illinois, to the late Bertha Padgett Fox and the late Homer Martine Fox.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Nelle Hall Fox; his sisters, Mary Beard and Peggy Rumple; Brother Douglas Fox (Sharon); Brother in Law James Hall (Janet); his children, Neal Fox, Brenda Mackel (Bill) and Daughter in Law Tania Fox; Grandchildren Erica Mackel, John Mackel, Ashley Fox-Haney (Joseph) and Sean Fox.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Bertha Miller; and son, Steven Fox.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 12th, 2022, at 4:00 PM at House of Grace Assembly, 600 Lock 4 Road, Gallatin, with Pastor Todd Alexander officiating. The service will be followed by a short gathering time at the church. The following day, Monday, June 13th, at 11:00 AM, a committal service with Military Honors will be held at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, TN. 7931 McCrory Ln, Nashville, TN 37221
