Mr. Billy Vance age 70 of Gallatin passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Vance was born September 14, 1946 in Sumner County to Vernice and Margaret Gertrude Williams Vance.
Billy was a millwright with Advanced Engineering of Middle TN, Inc.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Michael Ray Vance.
Survivors include daughters, Vanessa (Bubba) Vance Binkley of Gallatin, Magan (Josh) Vance Rish of Greenbrier, Tammie (LeRoy) Birdwell and Kimberly (Tony) Johnson of Joelton; two sons, Scottie (Jackie) Duke of Gallatin and Shane Collum of Jessup, GA; siblings, Eddie Vance, Judy Riddle and Rita Cross all of Gallatin, Marilyn Anderton of Madison, TN, Diane Clubbs and Brenda Roberton both of Gulf Shores, AL; four grandchildren Lacy Suddarth, Shannon McGuire, Zachary Howell and Mila Rish, two great-grandchildren, Jayda Suddarth and Carson McGuire.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 15, 2016, 2-8 pm at the Lord's Sanctuary Church at 734 Red River Rd in Gallatin and also Sunday, October 16, 2016, 1-3 pm. Funeral Services will follow at 3 PM with Pastor Doug Coldwell officiating. Burial will be in Crestview Memory Gardens in Gallatin.
Pallbearers will be Shannon McGuire, Jacob Vance, Zachary Howell, Richard Phillips, Tracy Dozier, Allen Murphy and Jeff Clark
