Dale Aaron Covington was born October 27, 1956 in Gallatin, TN and he passed away in Cave City, KY on Sunday, June 11, 2017 as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident. Dale was 60 years old and a resident of Cross Plains, TN.
He was the son of Harold Miller and Lucy Beatrice Baldwin Covington. He was a heavy equipment operator and a member of the Cross Plains United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Clay Covington.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Leonard Covington of Cross Plains, TN whom he married on November 26, 1991; son, Aaron Miller Covington of Cross Plains, TN, daughter, his puppy Maxie and sister, Tanya Radic of Nashville.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Yates Cave located at 4834 Yates Cave Rd in Cross Plains, TN from 1:00 - 4:45 pm. Graveside services will follow at 5 pm at Cross Plains United Methodist Church Cemetery with Bro. Clint Jones officiating.
Pallbearers are Kenneth "Doc" Crocker, Chuck Faulkner, Mark "Yellow Hammer" Stringer, John "J.T." Traughber, Daryl Wix, Galen Ross, Jeff Yates and Michael Crocker
