David Ernest Vaughn, age 64, of Madison, Tn. passed away on Friday, April 17, 2020.
He was a caring husband and father who worked hard to provide for his family. He loved his grandchildren and the outdoors.
He is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 45 years, Debra Vaughn; his sons, Chris (Melissa) Vaughn and Daniel (Mary) Vaughn; his grandchildren, Colton, Chloe, Brannon and MacKenzie Vaughn.
