Jane Ellen Massey, the daughter of Dr. William Roe Massey, Sr. and Mary Frances Galyon Massey passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017 in Sumner Regional Medical Center at the age of 64.
Jane was born at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois on September 19, 1953.
She received her master's degree in Special Education where she enjoyed the experience of teaching and helping others. She was a volunteer at the Gallatin Public Library.
Jane is survived by her parents, Dr. William Roe and Mary Frances Galyon Massey; her sister, Nyma (Michael) Bowman and her brother, William (Ruth) Roe Massey, Jr. all of Gallatin. Three nieces and a nephew as well as a great niece and great nephew also survive.
Please join the family as they celebrate her life on Sunday, Oct. 1st at the First Presbyterian Church in Gallatin from 12:30pm until her Memorial Service at 2pm with Dr. Charles Moffatt officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Gallatin Public Library.
