Katherine Rose Foote Smith was born August 25, 1972 in Pima, Arizona and she passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at the TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center at the age of 44.
Katherine was the daughter of Douglas and Patricia Carney Foote. She was a nurse and attended Freedom Church in Gallatin. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include son, Patrick Smith of Gallatin and sister Kellye Simmons of Seattle, WA. Other survivors include aunts, uncles and many friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
