Kathy Creekmore age 53, of Cottontown, TN passed away on Monday January 6, 2020 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
Kathy was born in Springfield, TN on Sunday January 23, 1966, daughter of Robert Thomas Creekmore and Peggy Sue Reynolds Creekmore. Kathy worked as a cashier.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandson, Joshua Michael Casteel.
Survivors include sons, Thomas Lee Casteel of Cottontown, Timothy Casteel of Portland and Christopher Casteel of Cottontown; mother, Peggy Creekmore of Cottontown; sister, Teresa Faye Evitts of Cottontown; grandchildren, Haley Hester, Gregory Casteel, Malie Brown, Leighla Casteel, Taira Casteel, Allie Brown, Alecsis Casteel, Wyatt Casteel, Tesla Casteel and Jason Bradley Casteel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan 10 from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at Halltown General Baptist Church 120 Riot Rd, Portland and again on Saturday, Jan 11 from 10:00 to 1:00 PM at the church.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Jan 11 at 1 PM at Halltown General Baptist Church 120 Riot Rd, Portland, TN. Burial will follow at Halltown Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to assist in funeral expenses by contacting the funeral home.
