Kaylor Ryan Scudder, age 29 of Hendersonville, TN passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020.
Kaylor was born on June 16, 1990 to Richard and Julie Scudder. He graduated from Hendersonville High School in 2009 and MTSU in 2013.
Kaylor possessed an unwavering kindness that was ever present. His loyalty and generosity complimented his thoughtful and gentle spirit. Through his battle against cancer, he remained brave and selfless, always trying to protect the ones he loved. He will be remembered for his self-proclaimed “great” sense of humor and the love that was in his heart.
Kaylor is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ann Scudder, and maternal grandfather, Walt Ray.
Kaylor is survived by his parents, Richard and Julie Ray Scudder; brother and sister-in-law, Kyle and Heather; sister, Anna; maternal grandmother, Barbara Ray; and paternal grandparents, Frank and Mary Nell Scudder.
Visitation with his family will be on Wednesday, June 3, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and again on Thursday, June 4, from 10:00am until his Celebration of Life Service at 11:00am at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Hendersonville with Dave Culbreath officiating.
Interment will follow at Beech Cemetery in Hendersonville. Brad Poe, Caleb Hayes, Nelson Christopher, Lukasz Krahel, Keith Pratt, Eric Giles, and Shane Spresser will serve as pallbearers.
