Lottie Brewer

June 15, 1928 — November 30, 2020

Lottie Brewer, age 92 of Gallatin, passed away November 30, 2020. Lottie was born on June 15, 1928 in Wetumpka, Alabama to Charles E. Summerlin and Annie Mae Summerlin. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Lottie loved life, loved a good joke and loved to laugh. Although we cannot be hand-in-hand, we will always be heart-to-heart. Lottie is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Frank Brewer; daughter, Shelia Yarnell; and brothers, James R. Summerlin, John Wayburn Summerlin, Carl Summerlin, and Wilson Summerlin. Lottie is survived by her daughter, Connie Brewer of Nashville; grandchild, Katrina Watrous; great-grandchildren, Valen Watrous, Ashton Watrous, and Alec Watrous all of Franklin, Tennessee; niece, Jeanette Hairelson of Pensacola, Florida; nephews, Jim Summerlin (Tish) of Holly Springs, Mississippi, Joel Summerlin, Jeff Summerlin and John Summerlin all of Gallatin, and numerous great nieces and great nephews. Her immensely loved and special sister-in-law, Joyce Summerlin, decided Lottie needed her guidance in Heaven. Joyce is there to keep Lottie laughing and out of trouble. In accordance with her wishes, Lottie will be cremated and there are no services scheduled at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Bethpage Chapter #5 Order of the Eastern Star General Fund or Byron Graves Memorial Scholarship Fund To: Barbara Pember, 162 Keystone Road, Portland, TN 37148-4968. Arrangements Entrusted To: Sumner Funeral & Cremation, Gallatin, (615)452-9059 www.sumnerfuneral.com
