Martha Sue Cross

Martha Sue Cross, age 70 of Hendersonville, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2017. She was a loving wife, mother and NANA. She loved her family more than anything else. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walker and Eva Bandy; brothers, Sgt. Richard Bandy and David Bandy; and son in law, Chris Ditterline. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Randall Cross; her children, Susan (Greg) Howard, Martin (Lesa) Cross and Shiela (Matt) Brewer; brothers and sisters, Mary Huddleston of Byrdstown, William "Bill" Bandy and Robert (Linda) Bandy, both of Madison, and Margaret (Wayne) Morris of Gallatin; grandchildren, Michael (Kheela) Ditterline, Kyle (Jessica) Brewer, Jacob Durham, Ryan Cross, Katelyn Brewer, Megan (Hunter) Dixon, Brent Cross and Lucas Durham; great-grandchildren, Savannah and Riley Brewer. Her family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, and on Wednesday, June 28, from 11:00 a.m. until her Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 p.m. at Austin and Bell Funeral Home, Hendersonville. Services will be conducted by Dr. Bruce Chesser. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Services entrusted to Austin and Bell Funeral Home, Hendersonville, TN.
