Myrtle Louise Heyn

March 26, 1935 — January 25, 2021

Myrtle Louise Heyn, age 85 of Hendersonville, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at her residence. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Mrs. Heyn was a member of Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Mrs. Heyn was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Aline Ralph; sister, Rebecca Liuzzi; and a brother, Roy E. Ralph.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ronald Heyn; son, Richie (Lisa) Heyn; daughters, Rhonda (James) Brim, Teresa Smith, Mary (Danny) Pennington and Holly (Milton) Woods; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; brother, William T. Ralph; and a sister, Shirley Martin.

The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Wednesday, January 27, 2021 and again on Thursday from 11:00am until her Celebration of Life Service at 1:00pm at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Hendersonville with Rev. Malcom Patton officiating. Burial will follow in Beech Cemetery. Mrs. Heyn’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

The funeral home asks that anyone attending the visitation and/or service to please wear a mask. For your safety, all CDC guidelines are to be followed.
