Rachel Clark Scott age 101, died September 25, 2017 at Morningside. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles Harvey and Alice Ross Clark, sister Cornelia Davidson, brothers, Charles and Robert Clark, husband, Leland G. Scott, and son Leland Scott, Jr.

Survived by daughter Linda S. Webster, daughter in law, Jeannie Beauchamp Scott, grandchildren, Scott Webster (Melanie), Rachel Wilson, Clark Scott, Lee Ann Scott, great grandchildren, Wilson, Wyatt and Wade Webster, Rosalyn and Evelyn Wilson, great great grandchild, Emerson Webster.

She taught school in Sumner County for 22 years and was the oldest member of Gallatin Church of Christ. She loved gardening and was a founding member of the Sumner County Wildflower Club. She lived the last 2 1/2 years at Morningside where she was blessed to have wonderful caregivers and sitters.

Graveside service will be at Sumner Memorial Gardens on September 27, 2017 at 4 pm and a Celebration of Life at 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall at Gallatin Church of Christ.

Memorials may be made to "Starting Strong" First Baptist Church Gallatin, Eastern European Missions at Gallatin Church of Christ or Gallatin C.A.R.E.S.
