Rodney Dale Blair

Rodney Dale Blair, age 46 of Portland, passed away April 10, 2020. Rodney was loved by his family; he was a very talented artist; he never met an enemy; and loved to spoil his nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Harold Blair; sister, Tammy Green; and brothers, Ricky Blair and Steven Blair. He is survived by his mother, Scherer Romines (Johnny); brother, Robert Blair (Hollye); sister-in-law, Renee Blair; sisters, Carrie Romines, Sherry Romines, Angie Romines; brothers, Bryant Romines, Michael Romines and Donny Romines; and several nieces and nephews.
