Toni Allen McCormick was born July 18, 1956 in Gallatin TN and she passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 in the Sumner Regional Medical Center at the age of 60.
Toni was the daughter of Junior and Doris Schroader Carver.
She was a homemaker and attended Free Methodist Church in Gallatin.
Toni was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McCormick who passed away on May 13, 2005, her mother and son, Steve McCormick.
Survivors include a daughter, Courtney McCormick of Clarksville, TN; father, Junior Carver of Florida; sister-in-laws, Effie Lou Edmondson and Barbara Sue Thompson both of Bethpage, TN, and great niece Shania Tidwell of Bethpage.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Gallatin Cares 330 Durham Avenue North
