Vicki Lynn Vasser age 66 of Portland, TN passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at her home. Mrs. Vasser was very family oriented, a loving wife and mother, and loved to garden. She was very strong willed, a God believing, and church going lady.
Mrs. Vasser was preceded in death by her parents, and 1 brother, Joe McGown.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Rodger Vasser; son, Patrick (Tina) Harper; grandchildren, Mason Scott Lee Harper, Samantha Bailey Harper and Kelly Marie Tidwell; sister-in-law, Brenda McGown; and a niece, Christi McGown.
The family will receive friends from 3:00pm until 7:00pm on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Hendersonville. There will be a private family memorial service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Hendersonville Parks and Recreation, 101 Maple Drive N., Hendersonville, TN 37075.
The funeral home asks that anyone attending the visitation and/or service to please wear a mask.
