Virginia Eileen Brown was born September 13, 1923, in Decatur, IL, and passed away on March 28, 2019, at home in Hendersonville, TN.
She was the daughter of Salvin and Eva Botoner Hurt. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Bethel Methodist Church in Blue Mound, IL. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy Hamilton. Survived by sons, Kent Brown of Hendersonville, Steve Brown of Gallatin, and Ted Brown of Richmond, VA; 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 5 step great grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Blue Mound IL Public Library located at 213 N St Marie St, Blue Mound, IL 62513.
