William Thomas Hartley was born June 6, 1947 in Kentucky and he passed away on Monday, May 8, 2017 at the Gallatin Health Care and Rehab at the age of 69.
Mr. Hartley was the son of Alvin Robb and Helen Purcell Hartley.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mickey Hartley.
Survivors are two daughters, April Thompson of Hendersonville and Tina Hollen of Winchester, KY and son, Robert Hartley of Ewing, KY, sister, Lisa Dyer of Flemingsburg, KY. Five grandchildren also survive.
