William Howard "Billy" Taylor

William H. "Billy" Taylor, age 72 of Westmoreland, passed away June 13, 2020 surrounded by his family. Mr. Taylor was born on January 29, 1948 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Stanley and Catherine Taylor. Billy enjoyed fishing, boating, being in the outdoors, and caring for his property. He was a loving husband and father, but also loved to have a good time and joke around whenever possible; and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandkids. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Catherine Daughenbaugh. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sandy Taylor; children, Joshua Taylor of Westmoreland, Shannan Casey (Shaun) of Louisville, KY, Samantha Taylor of Hendersonville; grandchildren, Caleb & J.T. Taylor, Jaden Holmes, and Logan & Hunter Casey; brother, Stanley Taylor of New Jersey. In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Taylor was cremated and services will be private.
