Anthony "Tony" Rees Genth, age 76, passed away on November 16, 2021, in Gallatin, Tennessee.
He was born on January 20, 1945 in Oxford, England, to the late Jack Genth and Faith Genth. He was the most interesting man; a world traveler and an avid reader. He was cultured and wise, not to mention charismatic and charming. This all made him an excellent story teller and amazing man all around. He was extremely generous and considerate, kind and caring, and lived life on his own terms. He loved and touched so many people in his days and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by, daughter, Kimberly Genth; son, Steven Genth (Giza); grandchildren, Ashton Genth, Alexandria Genth; siblings, Jane Hoare (Dave), Diana Grunwald; nieces and nephews, Nicola Hoare, Joanna Hoare, Pippa Hoare, Kaya Thompson, Jethro Lyons.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by children, Caroline Genth, John Genth.
The family will be holding a service in Colorado with Zoom access at a later date.
