Bertha Ann Salisbury

Bertha Ann Salisbury, aged 73, passed away on September 10, 2024, in Westmoreland, TN. Born on April 16, 1951, Bertha was a cherished member of the Westmoreland community and a devoted follower of New Vision Church.

Bertha had a successful career in banking, retiring from Wilson Bank and Trust. However, her true passion was her volunteer work at the Dream Center, where she significantly expanded the clothing ministry and initiated a beloved annual Christmas toy giveaway. Her dedication to helping others was evident in her tireless efforts and the personal prayers she offered for everyone she met.

She leaves behind a loving family, including her children Christa Wilson, Mark Kithcart (spouse Jillianne), Cathy Salisbury, Gavin Card, and Alyssa Card; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Bertha was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Veronica Zenes; siblings, Mary and Steven Zenes; daughter, Jennifer Card; husband, Charles Salisbury; and stepson, Charles Salisbury Jr.

A celebration of Bertha's life will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 28, 2024 at New Vision Church, 5460 New Hwy 31E, Westmoreland, TN 37186.
