Billy Joe Diggs age 74 of Greenbrier passed away at his residence in Greenbrier on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. He was born in Dyersburg, TN to Jessie Elmore and Mae Pearl James Diggs. He was in the HVAC business. Survivors include three sons, Brian Joe Diggs of Greenbrier, Sandy Jay Diggs of Lebanon and David William Diggs of LaVergne, two brothers, Jackie Wayne and Donnie Ray Diggs and two sisters, Barbara June and Jessica Ray. Three grandchildren also survive. No services are planned at this time. Sumner County Funeral and Cremation Services in charge of arrangements. 615-452-9059
