Corinne L. Keen

Corinne L. Keen, age 82, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2024 after a brief illness surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on August 1, 1941 in Joelton, Tennessee to Esther and D.C. White.

Corinne was a dedicated, loving mother and homemaker; she lived and raised her children in Hendersonville, Tennessee for most of her adult life before living out her golden years in Gallatin, Tennessee for the past 12 years. She remained active and a social butterfly even later in life, loving to go dancing and meet new people. She had a beautiful infectious smile that put everyone she came in contact with at ease. Corinne’s favorite quiet time activity was reading scripture from her bible.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Dorothy, and her babies who passed at birth. She is survived by Tim (Jennifer) Keen, son; Terry (Donna) Keen, son; Alfie Keen and Julia Edmondson, grandchildren; Alanna Edmondson, great-grandchild; Edward Keen, ex-husband and father to Terry and Tim; and her siblings Ann (Doyle) Smith, Susie Jenkins, Edward White and many beloved nieces and nephews. Corinne was incredibly loved and will be missed dearly, but is now resting peacefully with her loved ones in Heaven.

A memorial service will take place at Sumner Funeral and Cremation Lakeside in Hendersonville, Tennessee on
March 24, 2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 with service beginning at 3:00.
