Coy Dale Gober, age 75, passed away on March 7, 2023 at Sumner Regional Medical Center, surrounded by family and friends. Dale was born May 30, 1947 to Coy Witlow and Elisa Pauline Gober.
Dale was preceded in death by his parents, Coy Witlow and Elisa Pauline; brothers Kenneth, William, James, David, and Baby Gober; sisters Betty Booker and Vera Mae Dickens.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Gober; sons Michael (Teresa) Gober and Brian Gober; daughters Carla (Danny) Craig, Dot (Tracy) Anderson, Kristy (Steven) Anderson, and Pam (Steve) Tingle; siblings Jerry Gober, Pam High, Shelia Simon, Lila Caudill, and Teresa (Jerry) Hobdy; 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Dale worked in the heating and air service industry for 40+ years before he went to work for Oak Tree Properties where he retired. Dale was a kind and soft-spoken man, always willing to help anyone no matter what was needed. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend. He will dearly be missed by so many.
A celebration of Dale's life will be held on March 11, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at New Vision Ministries, Westmoreland, TN.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the family to help with the service costs and other expenses.
