Mark Farrar, age 71, of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024.  Mark was born on Nov 13, 1952 in Manchester, TN to Carl Farrar and Helen Hickerson Farrar who predecease him.  He is also predeceased by his brother Jeff Farrar and his sister, Brenda Farrar.  

He is survived by his wife Vicki Farrar, his children: Patrick Farrar (Ginny) of Sevierville, TN, Michael Paris (Tania) of Gallatin, & Andrea Lawson (Matt) of Gallatin, TN. His grandchildren, David Farrar, Daniel Farrar, Hagan Lawson, & Everett Lawson.  His siblings, Joan Vythoulkas (Danny) of Bradyville, Steve Farrar of Huntsville and Gina Prince (Ray) of Estill Springs. He is also survived by his family, especially his children, grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. 

Mark was born in Manchester, TN in 1952 and graduated from Coffee Co. Central High School in 1970.  He worked at UPS for over 40 years and was a member of First Baptist of Hendersonville and an active member of The Gideons International community. 

Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel at First Baptist Church Hendersonville with Pastor Bruce Chesser officiating. Interment will follow at 2:00 P.M. in Blantons Chapel Cemetery, Manchester, Tennessee. Visitation with the family will be on Monday from 9:30 – 11:00 A.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist of Hendersonville, Gideons International, or Blanton's Chapel Cemetery in Manchester, TN.
