Dot Dorris

Dot Dorris, age 89 of Hendersonville, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2023.

Dot was born on September 15, 1934 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Ive Thomas Nolen and the late Christine Doyle Nolen.

In addition to her parents, he was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Bob Dorris and her daughter, Pamela Dorris. Dot is survived by her daughter, Angela (Kevin) Dycus; grandchildren, Sasha Park and Sinjin Park; and her sister, Marty McKee.

Dot was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed dressing up and loved to socialize; she was a Christian and member of First Baptist Church Hendersonville. Dot will be missed by her many friends and her family.

She will be laid to rest in a private graveside service next to her husband at Beech Cemetery.
