Gregory Warren Halpin

Gregory Warren Halpin, age 73, of Castalian Springs, Tennessee passed away on June 25, 2023. Gregory was born on April 12, 1950 in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late Robert Edwin and Catherine Marie Halpin.

In addition to his parents, Gregory is preceded in death by his first wife, Carol Osborne Halpin; and his brother, Robert Edwin Halpin Jr..

Gregory is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Cynthia Halpin; children: Richard (Pam) Garifine Jr, Kimberly (Andrew) Tabussi, Jennifer (Lynn) Averitte, Michael (Nicole) Halpin; grandchildren: Kara (Justin) Russell, Johnny (Danielle) Allen, Christopher Tabussi, Ryan Tabussi; great grandchildren: Charlie, Ida, and Charles.

Gregory lived a life of service; he served in the armed forces with the Air Force, and after leaving the service, Gregory went on to serve his community as a Police Detective Sergeant for the Hamilton Township in New Jersey. As a member of many clubs and organizations, Greg was always on the move. In his retirement, he enjoyed it every single day.

Gregory was loved by all who knew him, and he will be missed more than words can say.
