Hazel Stafford

Hazel Stafford, age 86 of Portland, passed away March 18, 2020 at Alive Hospice in Nashville. Mrs. Stafford was born in Cookeville, TN on May 13, 1933. Her family remembers her as a tough woman who was a survivor; she took care of everybody and loved her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Stafford and daughter, Donna Faye Henson. She is survived by her sons, Clifford Ray Stafford (Diana) and Ricky Stafford; 7 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Stafford was cremated and a service will be held at a later date.
