Jeanette Bennett

Jeanette Bennett, age 87 of Hendersonville, passed away November 18, 2022. Jeanette was born on May 10, 1935 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Austin Bryant Webb and the late Ara Mai Anderson Webb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Marvin Lee Bennett; four sisters; two brothers; and son-in-law, Donald Colvin.

She is survived by her children, Connie Colvin, Randall Bennett, Pam Toon (Buddie), and Lisa Hankins; 15 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; siblings, Eleanor Rudd, Joan Harbison, Linda Mulcahy (Don), and Donnie Webb (Margaret).

Jeanette was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved the Lord. She truly loved being a homemaker and taking care of her family. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren dearly and was very proud of them, bragging on them any chance she got.

Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from the Chapel of Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside with Bro. Mike Brady officiating. Interment will follow in Halltown Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and Wednesday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
