April 15, 1945 — August 30, 2022

Jeanne Louise Paquette, 87, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022, in Gallatin, Tennessee.

She was born on April 15, 1945, in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, to the late Joseph Fagnant and the late Lillian Bachand Fagnant. She was the widow of Robert Paquette, whom she was married to for over 65 years. Together they raised 4 children and is survived by
Ronald Paquette of Nebraska, Diane Brown of Knoxville, TN, and Steven Paquette of Gallatin, TN. Her eldest daughter, Jacqueline Dansereau of Woonsocket, RI passed away in 2018.
Jeanne leaves behind 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

Jeanne lived most of her life in Woonsocket, RI and enjoyed traveling and seeing new places. In 2018 Robert and Jeanne moved to Gallatin, TN to be closer to family. Over the past 4 years while living in Gallatin, TN, Jeanne created new and lasting friendships which she recognized as her extended family. Through these existing and new relationships, Jeanne was able to enjoy a show at the Grand Ole Opry and visit Graceland, home of her favorite singer, the Iconic
Elvis Presley, and several trips to the Great Smokey Mountains. Her final years in Tennessee were some of her happiest, and she embraced true Southern Hospitality from those she met along her life’s journey.

For the last two years, Jeanne called Brookdale Gallatin her home. She continued to make new and lasting friendships with her apartment neighbors, care coordinators, and staff. Jeanne was active in the Brookdale community and would walk laps inside and outside the property. She would sit in the front of the community and greet guests with a friendly smile and a southern “sweetheart” greeting in a Rhode Island accent. Rest in peace, Jeanne Louise Paquette, you will be missed by family, extended family and friends.
