Joe Charlie Phillips Jr. "Joey"

Joe Charlie "Joey" Phillips, Jr., born November 17, 1963 to February 1, 2023. Son of Elizabeth Joyce Allen and Harold Dean Allen. Joey is survived by a very loving family who will miss him always. He loved working at his job as a scale tech at Tennessee Scale. He was an avid fisherman and a pool shark. His hero was Dale Earnhardt and his favorite football team was the Redskins. Joey loved people and his favorite saying was “how are you doing today” The family would like to give a big thank you to the American House assisted-living in Hendersonville for taking great care of Joey. A graveside service will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 5, 2022 at Mapleview Cemetery in Smyrna, Tennessee.
