Kelly A Bell, Jr.

Kelly A. Bell, Jr., age 78, of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2024, at Sumner Regional Medical Center after a long illness.

He was born on January 8^th, 1946, in Alexandria, Louisiana, to the late Kelly Albert Bell, Sr. and the late Maud Jeanett Chappell Bell. He proudly served in the United States Navy through retirement. He also enjoyed flying, fishing, and working with his train set. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother who will be missed dearly by people across the country.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-son, Brett Edward Blackson; and brother, Harry Frank Bell.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Marjorie Kendall Bell; children, Melissa Bailey (Dave), Kelly Shane Bell (Tina), Bobby Blackson; grandchildren, Kayla and Dakota (Allison) Bell, Caleb and Josh Bailey; and a sister, Alice Verdun Broadus.

Private services will be held.
