Linda Sue “Susie” Waller, age 77 of Gallatin passed away unexpectedly on September 26, 2026. Susie was born on July 27, 1949 to the late Gerald B. Sexton and the late Ann Jackson Hushour Sexton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. “Bob” Waller; brother, William “Bill” Sexton; her sister, Barbara Ann Clements; and her step-mother, Ruth Smythers Sexton.

She is survived by her daughter, Ileta Renae Conner (Richard T. “Richie”, Jr.); grandchildren, Chase William Conner and Ian Richard Conner; brother, Walter Lynn “Butch” Sexton; sister, Patricia Salmons (Joe); several nieces and nephews; step-children, Robert L. “Leslie” Waller and Timothy “Tim” Waller (Treva); step-grandchildren, Elizabeth Hall and Josh Waller; 5 step great-grandchildren; and best friend of 40 years, Beth Ann Holmes (Joe).

Susie will be cremated and a graveside service will be held at a later date at Oddfellows Cemetery in Ivanhoe, Virginia.
