Marvin Frank Pinson, Jr., age 83 of Hendersonville, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, former Vice-President of Bank of Hendersonville, retired from the State of Tennessee after 27 years of service, a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee and an avid Vols Fan. He is preceded in death by Jane, his loving wife of 52 years. He is survived by sons Frank (Dede) Pinson and Tommy (Sarah) Pinson, and daughter Carolyn (Terry) Brown; grandchildren Ashley (Matt) King and Brooks Pinson; great-grandchildren Allie, Addison, Fenner and Wells. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 13, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and from 6:00pm until 8:00pm; and on Saturday, May 14, from 1:00pm until his Celebration of Life service at 3:00pm from the Chapel at Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Hendersonville. Interment will be in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Kenny Jones, Steve Cawthon, Brooks Pinson, Terry Brown, Mike Patrick and Jim Patrick.
