Nell Conner, age 84 of Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away on June 6, 2022, in Nashville, TN. Nell was born on August 22, 1937 in Gattman, Mississippi to the late Virgil Oneal Clanton and Alma Melinda Morris Clanton.
Nell was a strong woman who always saw the good in people. In her free time she enjoyed gardening, shopping, reading, cross-word puzzles, and baby sitting her beloved grandchildren.
Nell is survived by her sons, Timothy Conner and Jerry Powers; and sister, Shirley Drexler.
In addition to her parents, Nell is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Allen Conner; and brother, Billy Clanton.
Memorial donations can be made in Nell's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
