Nicholas Walker Quillen, 33, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. He was born on August 13, 1992, in Columbia, Tennessee, and passed away in Nashville, Tennessee.

Nicholas was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend whose greatest joy in life was his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Kelsey Ray Quillen; his three beloved sons, Wyatt Walker Quillen (13), Dawson Reed Quillen (7), and Jameson Fate Quillen (4); his parents, Crystal Oguin and Micheal Quillen; his brother, Erik Quillen, and sister-in-law, Lexi Quillen; his in-laws, Terri and Kenneth Ray; his aunt and uncle, Andrew and Melissa Creek; as well as many other cherished family members and countless friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Micheal Lloyd Quillen, and his grandparents.

Nicholas proudly served in the military early in his adult life. A God-fearing man, his faith guided every aspect of his life. He loved his church, cherished his family, and never hesitated to help someone in need. He would truly give the shirt off his back and lend a helping hand at a moment’s notice. His kindness, generosity, and servant’s heart touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Nicholas will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his selfless spirit, his infectious smile, and the unconditional love he gave so freely to his family and friends. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed, but his legacy of compassion, strength, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Old Hickory Church of the Nazarene, with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Old Hickory Church of the Nazarene or directly to the Quillen family to help support Nicholas’s wife and children.

The family welcomes your memories of Nicholas, as well as any photos you may have. They can be shared by emailing nickquillenmemories@gmail.com.

Though Nicholas’s time on earth was far too short, his faith in God, his love for his family, and his willingness to serve others leave behind a legacy that will never fade. He will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.
