Peggy Wilson Clark, age 84 of Hendersonville,TN, formerly of Old  Hickory, TN passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024, four days prior to her 85th birthday. She was born March 25, 1939 in Nashville, TN to John Andrew Wilson Sr. and Annie Mae Adams.

Peggy was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was an excellent cook and gardener. She loved to socialize at the pool, drinking margaritas and playing cards with family and friends.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; husband Jack Clark and children’s father Paul High, and siblings Bettye (Dick) Nichols and James A Wilson. She is survived by her children Leslie (Terry “Bubba” Crocker) High and Scott (Denise) High; siblings, John A. (Carolyn) Wilson Jr., Larry C. ( Cathy ) Wilson, Patricia Cope, Corine Wilson and Peggy Ann Dickson; grandchildren Amber ( Scott MacDonald) High, Andrew W. ( Elizabeth) White, and Chad ( Brittany ) High; and great grandchildren Malcolm, Marlowe, Liliana and Jaxon.

A celebration of Peggy’s life will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm, Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Sumner Funeral and Cremation Lakeside, 104 Sanders Ferry Rd. Hendersonville, TN. Flowers will be appreciated or memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
