Peggy Dean Hyman

Peggy Dean Hyman, age 79 of Hendersonville passed away peacefully December 23, 2022. Peggy was born on January 19, 1943 in Clarksville, Tennessee to the late R.C. Reynolds and the late Norene Brigham Reynolds. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Hyman; son, David Birdwell; daughter, Patricia Kay Birdwell; and brothers, James Evans and Robert Reynolds. She is survived by her children, Bruce Birdwell, Teresa Birdwell, and Lisa Steenburn (Barry); grandsons, Cody Lee Aaron and Alex Birdwell; 3 great-grandchildren; and her companion of over 20 years, Richard Durham. Funeral Services will be conducted on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside. Interment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens at 2:00 P.M. Visitation with the family will be on Friday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service.
