Mr. Richard Everett Brown, Jr. was born in Paterson, NJ on December 19, 1953 to Richard Everett Sr. and Ruth Van Putten Brown. He passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin at the age of 64. He was a retired plumber and a resident of Westmoreland. Mr. Brown is survived by two sisters, Carol Carpinelli and Ruth Voit. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Ron and Charles Brown and sister, Judith Brown. No services are planned at this time. Sumner County Funeral and Cremation Services in charge of local arrangements. 615-452-9059
