Susan Annette Howard, age 55, of Hendersonville passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021. She was the most loving wife, mother and grandmother. Susan was loved by everyone and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Sue Cross and her first husband, Chris Ditterline. She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Greg Howard; her father, Randall Cross; son, Michael (Kheela) Ditterline; daughter, Megan (Hunter) Dixon; brother, Martin (Lesa) Cross; her sister, Shiela (Matt) Brewer; and granddaughter, Harper Dixon.
Her family will receive friends from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Hendersonville and again from 12:00pm until the time of her Celebration of Life service at 1:00pm on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Hendersonville with Kevin Minchey officiating. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens with her nephews serving as pallbearers.
