Tammy Jo Vines, age 65 of Mt. Juliet, passed away at her home on July 12, 2026.

Tammy was born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on April 11, 1961 to Robert H. and Alene Winningham. She graduated from North Hardin High School in Radcliff, KY. Tammy worked for many years as a loan officer in the financial field.

Tammy is preceded in death by her parents, Robert H. and Alene Winningham; and two brothers, Robert N. and James H. Winningham.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Michael Vines; sons, Clayton A. Vines and Christopher M. Vines (Shea); three grandchildren, Lilley A. Vines, Trenton M. Vines, and Corbyn Vines. Tammy is also survived by two sisters, Carolyn Buckles and Trish Scudder; one foster brother, Roger Dale Howey; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation with the family will be on Friday, July 24, 2026 from 11:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. at Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside in Hendersonville with a Celebration of Life Service immediately following at 12:00 P.M.

The service will be conducted by Rev. James Biddle from Joy Church Int. where Tammy was a longtime member.
