Tanya Marie Lackey

Tanya Marie Lackey, age 38 of Gallatin passed away unexpectedly on June 3, 2021. Tanya was preceded in death by her grandmother, Hazel Bullington; and cousin, Trinity Bullington. She is survived by her mother, Darlene Lackey; children, Donta, Angel, Mikiah, Jada, and Max; and brother, Derek Crutcher; aunt, Donna Warden (Roy Hedgepath); and uncles, Jeff Bullington and Gary Bullington. A celebration of life for Tanya will be held on June 27, 2021 at 2PM at the Rocky Mound Church in Westmoreland.
