Timothy Samuel Stinson

Timothy Samuel Stinson, a beloved husband, step-father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on August 11, 2025, in Castalian Springs, Tennessee. Born on April 20, 1984, in Nashville, Tennessee, Timothy brightened the lives of those who knew him with his good-hearted nature and infectious sense of humor.

Timothy was a dedicated employee at FedEx for 24 years, where his commitment and hard work earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues. His intelligence and kindness were evident in every aspect of his life, as he constantly went out of his way to lend a helping hand to others.

A proud graduate of Dickson County High School and Aquinas College, Timothy valued education and learning. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Stinson; step-children, Dustin Harn (Katlyn), Vanessa Ervin (Gage), and Victoria Harn; grandchildren, Zaiden Harn, Adalyn Harn, Sebastian Ervin, and Malachi Ervin; and siblings, Randy Stinson, Roger Stinson, Reed Stinson, and Sheila Dillard. 

Timothy is preceded in death by his parents, Ammon Hulan Stinson and Kate Lou Hemby Krantz, whose love and guidance shaped the generous and loving man he became. His absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt by all who loved him, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

As we celebrate Timothy’s life, we remember a man who was not only smart and funny but also kind and giving. The light he brought into our lives will be dearly missed but will forever shine brightly in our memories.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
