Willard Richard "Dick" Foulk, age 94, of Macon County, TN, passed away March 29, 2026, at his home. He was born December 22, 1931 in Green Bay, WI.
Dick was preceded in death by his son, Michael Foulk; granddaughter, Tammy Lewis; and his beloved wife, Connie Foulk. He is survived by Diane Pooler, George Foulk, Chera Young, Vickie Lewis, Penny Gentry, and Barbie Keene, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He lived an adventurous and long life and will be missed by all his family and friends.
